A Nigerian Civil war veteran and renowned author Paul Osakpamwan Ogbebor was born in 24 may 1942 in Benin city, Nigeria. His parents, late Daniel and Isegbe Ogbebor were of the revered chiefs Ezoba and Ezomo families of the ancient kingdom of Benin. He is successfully married with children.
Paul is the founder and owner of thriving companies, which comprise engineering construction, industrial and estate development. His studies at st Patrick's College, Asaba and the Nigeria Defence Academy, Kaduna enhanced his talents in sports, winning laurel in both local and National competitions, and excelling in military skills as exhibited in peace and wartime services until retiring in 1976.
Paul's Life exemplifies the excellence of his training. His knowledge of the application of the 10 principles of war has proved effective in solving most of the challenges of life. Taking a cue from developing countries that have used compulsory national military in regimental zing and mobilizing their youths to achieve national goals and development, Paul remains a fervent advocate of the policy that Nigerian females and males at age 16 and 18 respectively should serve a compulsory two-year National Military service in place of the current National Youth Service Corps Scheme.
