Kennedy Osifo about to faint, as SUBEB Boss, Mrs. Joan Oviawe denies receiving such bogus amount of money (#1.4 Billion) from EDSOGPADEC_
This report of absolute truism is obviously not connected to the upcoming Edo 2020 gubernatorial election scheduled to hold in 19th of September. It is purely an attempt to reveal the recent happenings in the Board of Edo State Oil and Gas Producing Areas Development Commission otherwise known as EDSOGPADEC, where the Chairman of the Commission, Pastor Kennedy Osifo has betrayed the people of Edo State due to his self centered interest which has pegged him as a replica of the Acting Managing Director of NDDC, Mr. Daniel Pondei whose embarrassingly fainted dramatically during the probe panel when he was called to give account of stewardship.
Truly, Pastor Kennedy Osifo who speaks from both sides of his mouth has hidden skeletons as far as EDSOGPADEC Board is Concerned. In a responsible society, Mr. Osifo should be sacked from a Public Office due to his cunning and deceitful manner of syphoning and looting the treasury of the Commission dry.
Just last year, he openly told Edo people that the Governor approved and he personally gave the sum of #1.4billion Naira to SUBEB for building of Schools in Orhionmwon Host communities and as we speak, there is no single project to show for it. As we speak, we have the video and other evidence to ascertain our claim and the SUPEB Chairperson, Mrs. Joan Oviawe has denied collecting huge amount of money from EDSOGPADEC BOSS.
The question is WHERE IS THE 1.4BILLION NAIRA?????
Just recently, he singlehandedly withdrew m the total amount of 200 million Naira alone without the consent or awareness of any other board member and the accountant is currently at loggerhead with him. He runs the Commission like a private business. May be he has forgiven that the Covid 19,#135 billion Naira that was not in the budget of NDDC is one the major reason why NDDC acting and, Daniel Pondei is at the door of a jail sentence.
Meanwhile, we also have the documents of how he padded the budget of the commission thereby awarding contracts against the actual money in the budge. We cannot wait to see him being embarrassed like Magu and Pondei.
Why Nigerians are shouting over the drama in NDDC, it is also vital for EFCC to also probe Kennedy Osifo or better still come out and tell the people of Orhionmwon and Edo in General, what he did to our money. No projects to show.
Kennedy Osifo should also be aware that Magu, Pondei did even do up to what he has done. We are aware of how he always boast that he didn’t sign any document, saying everything was signed by the Governor.
We hope to see him tell EFCC that the Governor signed the document for the released of funds, where as it is constitutionally fundamental for the Board Chairman to sign and release funds.
Even if the Governor decides to sack him, we must ensure that Kennedy Osifo is embarrassed like the likes of Magu, Daniel Pondei. We are saying No to rubber stamp Board Chairman.
Note: We have decided to Face Kennedy Osifo alone, but any higher authority who tends to back him up would also hear from us, as our Legal colleagues are doing their best to ensure that the corrupt Kennedy Osifo faces his music and we are certain that the Governor wouldn’t want his name jeopardized for the foolery attitude of Osifo who talks boastfully like a child.
